Where we started
Intra was founded by two firms that saw the same problem from different sides of the border. One is a well established accounting and tax firm with decades of experience serving companies across the Canada-US border, with deep corporate tax and cross-border structuring expertise. The other is a respected international firm with depth in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and the regulatory navigation that complex, multi-jurisdiction transactions require.
Together they built Intra to formalize how they already worked: referring clients to trusted colleagues when a need fell outside their own practice. The network has grown from there, and we continue to add professionals and disciplines deliberately, the same way we vet every introduction we make.
